This is an in depth walk through of your home. It consists of recommendations and improvements given in detail. Some likely suggestions might be to simply move furniture, declutter or paint. Depending on the timeframe and budget some bigger projects could be suggested. Every home and budget is unique and I work with you to find what you are comfortable with. If you go in with an open mind, you may be surprised with the outcome!

This is ideal for the smaller homes or if you have just a few rooms to  be transformed. This is a good option if using most of the existing furnishings.

Full day staging is best for bigger homes or vacant homes.This is also the best option if rental items are being utilized.

If we have already had a consultation, this services can be provided prior to an open house. This is not a cleaning service, however attention to detail is of upmost importance. I will come to your home prior to the open house to make any last minute changes and give a quick once over. The understanding is that the home is already show ready but it just needs a quick refresh.

If you have rental furniture I can oversee the pick up on the day the company and you have arranged. I will have a list of the furniture, art work and accessories due for pick up to make sure everything goes smoothly.  I arrive an hour before the rental company to organize the pieces so the pick up is as efficient as possible.

Don’t have time to shop for items or feel overwhelmed at the stores? I can help! I am able to do the running around to find the perfect items to complete the space. Best part is the items are yours to keep!
