This is an in depth walk through of your home in which recommendations of improvements or repairs are provided. Some common suggestions might be to simply move furniture, declutter or paint. Every home and budget are unique, and I work with you to fit your needs and budget. 

Full home staging is ideal for vacant or occupied homes. All furniture, decor, and accessories are provided for you. Light cleaning, arrangement of furniture and final touches bring the transformation to completion. 

Partial home staging is perfect when the use of existing furniture can be utilized. The focus is on enhancing the look of key areas of the home such as living room, kitchen and primary bedroom.  Additional decor is provided when necessary. 

If we have already had a consultation, this service can be available prior to an open house. The understanding is that the home is already show ready, it just needs a quick refresh. Attention to detail is of upmost importance. This an excellent add-on service to ensure your home looks its absolute best.

I do the running around for you! Although I can provide most accessories, each home is unique in design and therefore may need accessories to be purchased to complete your particular project. 

I work with multiple rental companies to supply the items needed to pull it all together. I pick out the necessary pieces, arrange delivery, and pick-up staging items when your house sells.
