It all starts with a consultation. Together, we will do a walk-through of your home in which you will be provided with a detailed plan of action. Upon completion of the consultation, you will know exactly what needs to be accomplished in order to maximize your home sale profit. Next, the packing and organizing begins. You prep your home by making repairs, decluttering and organizing. Once you are done with this phase, I will return to finalize the staging transformation. Finally, open house and your home is SOLD!
I walk you through the entire process. You are involved as much or as little as you choose.
